The only function of the accommodation is to receive travelers, so you will have access to the entire apartment as well as the shared laundry room and terrace. An employee of the Familiprix pharmacy on the ground floor is available via the Airbnb messaging system from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. For any emergency, you can go to the pharmacy and ask to speak to someone for accommodations. If the administrative assistant is not available, the employees can contact her, or the owners.
