The Botánica suite is a 3 bedroom appartment half that includes a full and very well equipped kitchen, 2 large work spaces. The kitchen, living room and dining room are pleasantly illuminated by natural light that comes from a large window. The room has a 50p 4k TV with Netflix Premium and YouTube Premium as well as a Chromecast. The two main rooms have a Queen size bed and the center room has 2 single beds. The bathroom is divided into two parts, the first is for showering and has a bathroom bureau, and in the second part is the room and another bathroom bureau.
The only function of the accommodation is to receive travelers, so you will have access to the entire apartment as well as the shared laundry room and terrace.
At the bottom of the Farmaprix pharmacy, an employee will be available, you can contact her by Airbnb message from 9:30 am. at 4 pm. from Monday to Friday. In case of an emergency, you can go to the pharmacy and ask to speak to someone. If the administrative agent is not available, the employees or the owner will be able to help you contact her.
Supermarket 2 minutes away, pharmacy downstairs and several restaurants within a very short distance. There is a park for children and an ice cream parlor right in front of the apartments, a public beach nearby, views of Lake Saint-Jean and the municipal pier. Direct access to the bike path for ride a bike or skate.
There are two large containers outside at the bottom of the steps for trash and recycling. A QR code reservation system with is available on the wall near the exterior door to reserve the terrace.
